Val and Nicole fabulous wedding in Mexico!

Val and Nicole had a fabulous wedding in Tulum, Mexico and I was lucky enough to be there. Everything was perfect to frame this awesome couple. Val and Nicole are completely crazy about each other and it is so inspiring photographing people in love. They had a intimate tea ceremony and an amazing beach wedding. It was so cool to hang out with Nicole and Val's family and guests, everybody was so great I felt like I was among old friends. We went for some night portraits on the wedding day and we did a beautiful trashing the dress on the day after. I loved every bit of this wedding and I wish Nicole and Val all the happiness and love. The MacDougalls

This very handsome family lives currently in Halifax but they soon will move to Antigonish. I met Shiobhann, Ryan and the cuties Bethany and Ryan to do a family session that we have been planning for a while. I was really excited to meet the MacDougalls. We started shooting at the Business building at STFX. For the outdoors shots we found this super colorful barn. Ryan and Bethany were adorable and it was really fun to hang out with them. It was great that Al joined us to entertain the kids.

Professional Wedding Photographers of Canada (PWPC) awards

I got such a nice surprise today when I received an e-mail saying the PWPC awards were announced. It was great to know I'm "Photographer of the Quarter" (Fall 2011) and many of my pictures were awarded between the 10 best in several categories. The Nicholsons

I had such a good time with this good looking family, couple weeks ago. Tara, Brian and their two cute kids David and Simon had photo session in a sunny Saturday morning. They choose to stay in their backyard where the kids were ready to play and have fun! Cheers to this adorable family!
